DIY Vest

I already had a black halter vest but it make me very skinny, so I always want to have a white one or something else cover up my skinny and my hubby has a lot unfitted t-shirt for me to refashion or up-cycle them. Then I went you-tube and search for how to DIY vest and I found this easy tutorial DIY Vest from a Tshirt ♥. I did not follow everything she did, because the polor shirt I have has a pretty "V" opening on each side, so I did not cut on side but from the middle of the shirt.

Thanks.

She has a dress that without a waistline, so she immediately make a belt from elastic. She stitched the elastic together and made a circle like a loop. Then she just clip a fabric flower on the elastic that's all. Done in a minute or two. So I keep in mind.  A few days ago I went to Joanna Fabric and saw a Fas...
